Very Low Maintenance

"Recently, I received a letter from our HOA. Of course, I was reluctant to open the letter. Surprisingly, the letter complimented us on the beautiful front yard landscape redesign! Who would ever expect that type of letter from the HOA? We have received lots of compliments from our friends and neighbors in Tatum Ranch. We highly recommend Landscape 20/20 to anyone! "

"We hired Landscape 20/20 to refresh our backyard and extend our back patio for more entertaining space, and we are so happy that we did! We contacted a few landscape companies in our project research phase and finally settled on Landscape 20/20 after meeting with Sean. He was friendly, professional, and passionate about his work. After discussing what we were looking for, he offered several ideas we hadn’t considered. He knew we wanted to refresh the yard but didn’t want to do a complete clean sweep, so he suggested utilizing some of the plants we already had and refreshing an existing water feature. We added some new plants to fill the space and add more color. Sean also suggested adding a small seat wall where we had an existing wood firepit, making the space look so much more inviting. They also made our water feature look even better than it was new! We initially thought we wanted just a concrete slab for the extended patio, and we are so happy that we did not go that route. We picked out a travertine paver that compliments our pool decking nicely. After we installed the patio, we called Sean back a few months later to install a pergola. It has completely changed our backyard and helps provide much-needed shade for our master bedroom! Overall, we are happy with all the work Landscape 20/20 did on our property and how it completely changed our backyard! We plan to redo our front yard soon and will call Sean from Landscape 20/20 to do the job!"

"We had a full yard of grass and trees when the tree roots got into our plumbing so we tore it all out and had it replaced with zeroscaping. "I want to express our deep gratitude for your exceptional work in redesigning our property’s landscaping. Sean's vision, combined with the expertise and dedication of the Landscape 20/20 team, has truly transformed our space into something beautiful. We had a few goals with contacting Landscape 20/20, the first goal was to transform our backyard into a comfortable space for a wedding with over 100 guests, the second goal was to make the property nearly maintenance-free, and the third goal was to take advantage of some ‘dead’ space by our front door. Your design helped us fulfill these design requirements completely! For the backyard, the addition of the paver patio and seat wall, paver walkway, and landscape lighting has given us so much flexibility to enjoy more of the space of the yard. The addition of the paver patio in the front yard allows us to enjoy our patio at different times of the day than we can in the backyard and allows us to take advantage of the outdoors when it is very windy with it being blocked by the house! Also, adding the irrigation and low/no maintenance plants has allowed us to fully enjoy our property without the worry and stress of additional maintenance! We are particularly grateful for the care and attention the Landscape 20/20 team showed in repotting our potted cactus. One pot, a family heirloom, had a cactus stuck in it, and we were afraid of damaging it. Your team's patience and skill in removing the cactus without harming the pot were remarkable. "It's very rare when one can say that they have found a contractor who: Is reliable, On time, Keeps to a schedule, Follows up, Delivers outstanding quality work, Gives great attention to detail, Is fairly priced, Is responsive, Is talented, & Goes above and beyond to exceed all expectations. I can say all of these about Sean and Landscape 20/20. From our first conversation, I was convinced that Sean is a consummate professional. I welcomed his expertise and input as we collaborated on my blank slate of a backyard. This is my first time buying into a brand new home development and having to build a backyard from scratch. Sean handled it all - lighting (on a timer), turf, plants, limestone pavers, irrigation (on a timer), the pergola (with motorized slats that open & close!), the firepit, granite stone, and the pavers along the side yard. The yard was completed in record time and Sean's advice and recommendations were spot on! Sky & I are so appreciative of your insight to natural stone being cooler to the touch in these Arizona summers. Sky's paws never get burned and she can lay on the pavers in record heat without any issues. I have included pictures so anyone is able to see what a beautiful and amazing project that Sean and Landscape 20/20 completed for me. You want to hire Sean. He's does exactly what he says he is going to do, and he is very talented. Thank you and the Landscape 20/20 crew for my little slice of heaven in my very own backyard."
